Terms of Service

1. The service

AgentRank ("the App") monitors, scores and helps optimize the visibility of your Shopify store in AI shopping assistants. By installing the App you agree to these terms. The App is operated by Jaume Casamitjana Masllorens (Spain).

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's Billing API on a monthly or annual basis, with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from the App's Plans page or by uninstalling; Shopify handles proration and refunds according to its own policies.

3. Fair use

Scan frequency, query counts, audited products and AI fixes are limited per plan. Abusive or automated use beyond plan limits may be throttled.

4. AI-generated content

Optimization suggestions are generated by AI models and are provided as drafts. You review and approve every change before it is applied to your store, and you remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your product content. Visibility results depend on third-party AI assistants and are not guaranteed.

5. Data

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. All store data is deleted when you uninstall the App.

6. Availability, liability & governing law

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the three months preceding the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you have in your own country.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced inside the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
